Resumo:<\/strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

\"texto<\/a>O texto que se segue \u00e9 o resultado de uma reflex\u00e3o feita ao longo de mais de vinte anos de experi\u00eancia na condu\u00e7\u00e3o de centenas de entrevistas, no desenvolvimento de processos de investiga\u00e7\u00e3o e preven\u00e7\u00e3o criminal, especialmente nas \u00e1reas da fraude, da corrup\u00e7\u00e3o e de outros crimes com eles relacionados. Resulta igualmente de algumas leituras de literatura sobre a tem\u00e1tica da comunica\u00e7\u00e3o. Inserimos essas refer\u00eancias bibliogr\u00e1ficas no final do texto. O documento visa identificar, descrever e caracterizar os principais fatores que est\u00e3o presentes nos contextos de entrevistas com suspeitos, testemunhas e outras pessoas envolvidas, direta ou indiretamente, no contexto factual a esclarecer. O conhecimento e a gest\u00e3o desses fatores pode ser crucial para qualquer investigador, para melhorar a qualidade da informa\u00e7\u00e3o a colher atrav\u00e9s das entrevistas. Por outro lado, os mesmos fatores podem tamb\u00e9m ser utilizados pelo investigador para desenvolver poss\u00edveis estrat\u00e9gias de abordagem e realiza\u00e7\u00e3o destas entrevistas.<\/p>\n


\n<\/a>\"Texto<\/a><\/strong>The following text is the result of a reflection made over more than twenty years of experience in the conduction hundreds of interviews in the performance of investigation and crime prevention, especially in areas of fraud, corruption and other related crimes. It results also from some complementary readings made from literature about the topic of communication. In the end of the text it will be possible to find these bibliographic references. The document seeks to identify, describe and characterize the major factors that are present in the contexts of interviews of suspects, witnesses and other people involved, directly or indirectly, in the factual context which has the be clarified. The knowledge and management of these factors may be crucial for any investigator to improve the quality of information collected from interviews. On the other hand, the same factors may also be used by the investigator to develop possible strategies to approach and realize these interviews.<\/p>\n
