\"texto<\/a>Nos \u00faltimos anos, por efeito dos processos de mundializa\u00e7\u00e3o e globaliza\u00e7\u00e3o, extraordin\u00e1rias modifica\u00e7\u00f5es no plano pol\u00edtico, social, empresarial, econ\u00f3mico e financeiro tiveram lugar. O Homem, a sociedade e os mercados, hoje profundamente integrados, refletem as repercuss\u00f5es, diretas e indiretas, dos avan\u00e7os e recuos dos tent\u00e1culos da Nova Ordem Mundial. A nova lex mercatoria apresenta-se como a melhor express\u00e3o destas muta\u00e7\u00f5es no com\u00e9rcio transnacional, pela sua natureza transnacional, din\u00e2mica, revela-se intensamente multifacetada, pelo que constitui uma realidade jur\u00eddica open-ended ou in progress. No presente estudo procur\u00e1mos desenvolver, cientificamente, aquilo a que chamamos, no plano das fontes, o n\u00facleo duro da nova lex mercatoria, os seus diversos afloramentos, desenvolvimentos no curso da hist\u00f3ria. O desiderato fundamental desta investiga\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 atrav\u00e9s de um processo din\u00e2mico de sistematiza\u00e7\u00e3o garantir aos juristas e interessados nestas tem\u00e1ticas um acesso esclarecido para uma profunda compreens\u00e3o da sua natureza e amplitude.<\/p>\n

\"Texto<\/a>In recent years, the effect of mondialisation and globalization processes, extraordinary changes in the political, social, business, economic and financial plan took place. Man, society and markets, today deeply integrated, reflect direct and indirect impacts of the advances and retreats of the tentacles of the New World Order. The new lex mercatoria represents the best expression these transmutations in transnational trade, by their transnational nature, dynamic, reveals itself intensely multifaceted, reason why constitutes a legal reality open-ended or in progress. In this study, we intend to develop, scientifically, what it designates be, in the plane of legal sources, the hard nucleus of new law merchant, their various embodiments and developments in the course of history. The fundamental aim of this research is through an dynamic process of systematization allow jurists and interested in these subjects enlightened access for a deep understanding of its nature and extent..<\/p>\n
