<\/a>Com este trabalho pretende-se analisar os padr\u00f5es e processos de comunica\u00e7\u00e3o e de tomada de decis\u00e3o nas Comiss\u00f5es de Prote\u00e7\u00e3o de Crian\u00e7as e Jovens em Risco (CPCJ) e Tribunais, enfatizando as din\u00e2micas interativas e comunicacionais dos dois organismos, ao abrigo da Lei de Promo\u00e7\u00e3o e Prote\u00e7\u00e3o de Crian\u00e7as e Jovens em Perigo. Para o efeito foi apresentado um enquadramento te\u00f3rico, incluindo a an\u00e1lise do risco de pobreza e exclus\u00e3o em Portugal, e foram utilizadas a observa\u00e7\u00e3o direta e a entrevista. Os resultados apontam para a import\u00e2ncia de fatores inter e intra-comunicacionais nas organiza\u00e7\u00f5es e na pr\u00f3pria interven\u00e7\u00e3o, bem como do todo, CPCJ e Tribunal. <\/a>The present study intends to analyze the patterns and processes of communication and decision-making in the Committees for the Protection of Children and Young People at Risk (CPCJ) and Courts, emphasizing interactive and communicative dynamics of both organizations under the law for the promotion and protection of children and young people at risk. This work intends to analyze the patterns and processes of communication and decision-making. For this purpose, a theoretical framework was presented, including the analysis of the risk of poverty and exclusion in Portugal. Direct observation and interviews were used. The results points to the importance of inter and intra-communicational factors in organizations and in the intervention itself, as well as the whole, CPCJ and Court. Improvements in communication enable organizational efficiency and thus a greater support to the families involved.<\/p>\n
