Em sua passagem pelas empresas l\u00edderes em consultoria de investiga\u00e7\u00f5es corporativas PwC e Control Risks acumulou vasta experi\u00eancia em gerenciamento e condu\u00e7\u00e3o de investiga\u00e7\u00f5es internas, avalia\u00e7\u00e3o de riscos de compliance, due diligence<\/em> reputacional em contexto de fus\u00f5es e aquisi\u00e7\u00f5es, contabilidade forense, investiga\u00e7\u00f5es regulat\u00f3rias e treinamentos diversos relacionados \u00e0s \u00e1reas de compliance e investiga\u00e7\u00f5es de fraude. Como investigador interno, trabalhou pela Royal Philips Electronics de 2011 a 2014, onde conduziu investiga\u00e7\u00f5es internas e colaborou com a implanta\u00e7\u00e3o e desenvolvimento da \u00e1rea de investiga\u00e7\u00f5es corporativas na regi\u00e3o da Am\u00e9rica Latina.Cleber Ikeda \u00e9 professor do curso de especializa\u00e7\u00e3o em Gest\u00e3o de Riscos de Fraudes e Compliance da FIA desde 2011. Since 2008, Cleber has worked on fraud and corruption risk management and has conducted corporate investigations as investigator in-house or consultant. During his experience at leading consulting companies as PWC and Control Risks, Cleber accumulated great experience in internal investigation execution and management, compliance risk assessments, reputational due diligence in M&A context, forensic accounting, regulatory investigations, and fraud investigations and compliance trainings. As internal investigator, Cleber worked for Royal Philips Electronics from 2011 to 2014, where conducted internal investigations and collaborated to implement and develop the investigations department in Latin America.Cleber is professor in the Specialization Course Fraud Risks and Compliance Management at FIA since 2011, and participated on the coordination team of this course from 2012 to 2015.
