\"textoAs C\u00e2maras Municipais e as estruturas pol\u00edticas, econ\u00f3micas e sociais a elas associadas s\u00e3o pe\u00e7as importantes no funcionamento do regime democr\u00e1tico portugu\u00eas.
\nAlgumas estat\u00edsticas sobre a fraude e a corrup\u00e7\u00e3o, que captam essencialmente a frequ\u00eancia do fen\u00f3meno, tendem a apresentar as autarquias e estruturas correlacionadas como particularmente sens\u00edveis aos fen\u00f3menos da fraude, essencialmente da corrup\u00e7\u00e3o.
\nEste projeto visa essencialmente dois objetivos:<\/p>\n
    \n
  1. Conhecer e interpretar a fraude nas autarquias tendo em conta as especificidades institucionais, culturais, econ\u00f3micas e pol\u00edticas destas. Relacionar a fraude com os conflitos de interesse existentes em espa\u00e7os territoriais de maior proximidade.<\/li>\n
  2. Construir modelos matem\u00e1ticos que permita medir a probabilidade de fraude, incluindo a corrup\u00e7\u00e3o, no poder local.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/td>\n
\"TextoLocal councils and the political, economic and social structures associated are important pieces in the functioning of the Portuguese democratic regime.
\nSome statistics on fraud and corruption, which show this phenomenon frequency, tend to present the local councils and correlated structures more sensitive to the phenomena of fraud and specially of the corruption.
\nThis project aims at essentially two goals:<\/p>\n
    \n
  1. To know and to interpret the fraud in the local and regional Government taking in account the institutional, cultural, economic and political specifics. To relate the fraud with the existing conflicts of interest in territorial spaces of bigger proximity.<\/li>\n
  2. To construct mathematical models to measure the fraud probability, including corruption, in the local government.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n
