Dada a escassez de literatura para o caso portugu\u00eas e de entendimento p\u00fablico do problema \u00e9 definido como primeira fase o desenvolvimento de um estudo conceptual sobre a Economia N\u00e3o Observada enfatizando o caso portugu\u00eas.<br \/>\nNo decurso deste projecto pretende-se contribuir para uma melhor compreens\u00e3o do volume da Economia N\u00e3o Observada em Portugal em termos agregados, sectoriais e regionais. Come\u00e7a-se por estimar a Economia N\u00e3o Observada em termos agregados, atrav\u00e9s da metodologia dominante, que \u00e9 baseada no modelo MIMIC (multiple indicators multiple causes). Posteriormente, pretende-se desenvolver uma nova metodologia para estimar o tamanho da Economia N\u00e3o Observada, de modo a obter melhores estimativas, livres das defici\u00eancias das metodologias existentes.<br \/>\nAt\u00e9 agora, e usando o modelo MIMIC, conseguiu-se obter os primeiros resultados para a Economia N\u00e3o Observada em Portugal no per\u00edodo 1977-2008. Tendo em conta, por um lado, a influ\u00eancia da carga fiscal, o peso da regulamenta\u00e7\u00e3o e da evolu\u00e7\u00e3o do mercado de trabalho na forma\u00e7\u00e3o da Economia N\u00e3o Observada e, por outro lado, o seu impacto em indicadores monet\u00e1rios, do mercado de trabalho e do mercado de produ\u00e7\u00e3o, estima-se que o peso da Economia N\u00e3o Observada em termos agregados no PIB oficial em Portugal tem evolu\u00eddo desde a 19% em 1977, at\u00e9 23% em 2008. Em particular, observa-se que ap\u00f3s uma queda no per\u00edodo 1977-1982, a Economia N\u00e3o Observada agregada revelou uma tend\u00eancia ascendente no per\u00edodo subsequente, que se estabilizou em torno de 21% desde 1994. No entanto, desde o final de 2007, observa-se novamente um padr\u00e3o de crescimento. Finalmente, os resultados mostram que o crescimento da Economia N\u00e3o Observada agregada em Portugal tende a afectar positivamente o crescimento da economia oficial.<\/td>\n<td class=\"gf_resumoin\" style=\"text-align: justify;\" align=\"left\" valign=\"top\" width=\"50%\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" alt=\"Texto em ingl\u00eas\" src=\"http:\/\/obegef.pt\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2009\/01\/en.jpg\" width=\"25\" height=\"25\" align=\"bottom\" border=\"0\" hspace=\"5\" \/> Through this project we aim to contribute to a better understanding of the volume of the Non-Observed Aggregate, Sectorial and Regional Economy in Portugal. We start by estimating the Non-Observed Aggregate Economy, by using the dominant methodology, which is based on MIMIC models (multiple indicators multiple causes). Them, we intend to build a new better methodology to estimate the path of the Aggregate, Sectorial and Regional Non-Observed Economy.<br \/>\nSo far and using the MIMIC model, we have managed to get the first results for the Non-Observed Aggregate Economy in the period 1977-2008. Given, on the one hand, the influence of the tax burden, the burden of regulation and the evolution of the labour market and, on the other hand, its impact on monetary, labour-market and production indicators, it is estimated that the weight of the Non-Observed Aggregate Economy in the official GDP in Portugal has evolved since the 19%, in 1977, up to 23%, in 2008. In particular, it is observed that after the fall in the period 1977-1982, the Non-Observed Aggregate Economy showed an upward trend in the subsequent period, which, since 1994, has stabilized around 21%. However, from the end of 2007, there is again an increasing pattern.
