\"texto<\/a>Introdu\u00e7\u00e3o: O presente estudo apresenta como objeto as potencialidades de impacto evidenciadas pela (r)evolu\u00e7\u00e3o biotecnol\u00f3gica, sua repercuss\u00e3o no indiv\u00edduo, na sociedade e no meio ambiente e consequentes desafios impostos \u00e0 \u00e9tica, \u00e0 bio\u00e9tica e ao biodireito.
\nMetodologia: Seguindo uma vis\u00e3o fenomenol\u00f3gica do direito partimos dos dados concretos suficientemente constatados para as proje\u00e7\u00f5es jur\u00eddicas que se pretendem como solu\u00e7\u00f5es v\u00e1lidas para as quest\u00f5es que emergem das problem\u00e1ticas em discuss\u00e3o.
\nEvid\u00eancias: A evolu\u00e7\u00e3o tecnol\u00f3gica e cient\u00edfica vislumbrou um progresso acentuado com a introdu\u00e7\u00e3o, desenvolvimento e aplica\u00e7\u00e3o, a todos os seres vivos, das ci\u00eancias da manipula\u00e7\u00e3o. Aquela evolu\u00e7\u00e3o positiva teve consequ\u00eancias pr\u00e1ticas no exerc\u00edcio da medicina e no desenvolvimento da industria agropecu\u00e1ria.
\nPlano de Discuss\u00e3o: Os avan\u00e7os na \u00e1rea da biotecnologia levantam s\u00e9rias quest\u00f5es no dom\u00ednio da \u00e9tica, da bio\u00e9tica e do biodireito que merecem ser verdadeiramente analisadas, refletidas e transversalmente discutidas.
\nConclus\u00f5es: O debate plural a par de uma vis\u00e3o projetada - no tempo e no espa\u00e7o \u2013 da dignidade da pessoa humana sobre as realidades emergentes permitir-nos-\u00e1 garantir a tutela dos bens jur\u00eddicos fundamentais, real ou hipoteticamente expostos.<\/p>\n

\"Texto<\/a>Introduction: The present study presents as object the potential impact evidenced by the biotechnology (r)evolution, its repercussion on the individual, society and the environment, and consequent challenges imposed to ethics, bioethics and biolaw.
\nMethodology: Following a phenomenological view of law, we started from the concrete data sufficiently evidenced for legal projections that are intended to tackle successfully the issues arising from the problematic under discussion.
\nEvidences: Technological and scientific developments have seen marked progress with the introduction, development and implementation of manipulation sciences to all living beings. That positive development had practical consequences in the medicine practice and development of agricultural production.
\nDiscussion Plan: Advances in biotechnology raise serious questions in ethics, bio-ethics and bio-law domains that deserve to be analyzed discussed and reflected transversally.
\nConclusions: The plural discussion along with one projected vision - in time and space - of the dignity of the human person over the emergent realities will allow us ensure the protection of fundamental legal goods, real or hypothetically exposed<\/p>\n
