Indiv\u00edduos, empresas e Estado consomem.<br \/>\nO presente projeto, orientado para o consumo individual (consumo final), visa tamb\u00e9m conhecer a perce\u00e7\u00e3o e vitimiza\u00e7\u00e3o da fraude ao consumidor.<br \/>\nA vulnerabilidade do consumidor \u00e0 fraude \u00e9 influenciada por diversos fatores pretendendo-se estabelecer uma rela\u00e7\u00e3o causal com a probabilidade de vitimiza\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0 fraude ao consumidor, promovendo-se uma interven\u00e7\u00e3o ajustada aos indiv\u00edduos e \u00e0s diversas situa\u00e7\u00f5es.<br \/>\nA an\u00e1lise \u00e9 transversal \u00e0 pan\u00f3plia de setores; \u00e0 rela\u00e7\u00e3o e momento do ato de procura; \u00e0s t\u00e9cnicas utilizadas; \u00e0 ocasionalidade ou persist\u00eancia com que se pratica; \u00e0 exist\u00eancia ou n\u00e3o de conluio e a forma como se processa; \u00e0 intensidade e montante envolvidos.<br \/>\nClassificar e categorizar as fraudes ao consumidor permite a sua sistematiza\u00e7\u00e3o, operacionalizando-se em pol\u00edticas antifraude adequadas.<\/td>\n<td align=\"left\" valign=\"top\" width=\"50%\"><img decoding=\"async\" style=\"margin-left: 5px; margin-right: 5px; border: 0px;\" src=\"http:\/\/obegef.pt\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2009\/01\/en.jpg\" alt=\"Texto em ingles\" align=\"bottom\" border=\"0\" hspace=\"5\" \/>Every citizen is, directly or indirectly, consumer.<br \/>\nThe social structure associated with the diversity of products, makes impossible to live in society without consuming.
